Do you love working with your hands and have a passion for building cool stuff? Road Dog Vans is expanding, and we're looking for enthusiastic builders to join our team! We specialize in high-end van conversions for dog owners and we're looking to hire one individual for this mid-level position . We're looking for someone who will be comfortable jumping directly into our build process in your area of expertise, while also learning all other facets of our build process. This is a unique and demanding role w/ strong potential for upward growth and responsibility. You will be expected to work with our lead fabricators, plugging holes where needed based on demand, working as part of a team or individually as needed, and moving between departments and disciplines as you grow with us. You must be quick to learn new skills, with good critical thinking and problem solving abilities, and the ability to recognize opportunities to improve our build process and efficiency. We are looking for people with two or three years of experience in the skills listed below, or a relevant degree/certification. Pay is competitive and will be based on experience and skillset. Love of dogs, outdoor pursuits, and adventure are also a huge plus! Requisite Experience (either or): 2-3 years working in a related field (see qualifying skills below) A degree or certificate that is directly applicable Skills We're Looking For (one or two are requisite, the more the better ): Finish carpenter Painting and finishing Electric (Lithium)

• marine/RV & off-grid ( ABYC Certified ) CNC operation or design (V-Carve) Vehicle upfit
• performance based, lifts, suspensions, lighting, etc Mechanical skills (vehicle maintenance) Metal work
• primarily on the van body for exterior upfit Marine/boatyard Fiberglass/epoxy Plumbing (water pumps, tanks, drains) RV HVAC systems (air conditioners, heaters, fans) RV maintenance/repair Video/audio/photography/editing Social media and content creation/graphic design VCarve/CAD/Adobe The ideal candidate is reliable, a self-starter, and has a strong interest in dogs, van conversions, and other build projects.
