- Hook Up is responsible for wiring refrigeration racks according to shop orders and customer specifications, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
Qualifications:
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have 12 months relative electrical experience. Associated Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must be able to read, write, accurately read a tape measure, and perform basic mathematical calculations. Able to work independently to maintain production, efficiency, quality and discipline. Must use appropriate skills, required equipment, and tools, and accurately read and interpret wiring diagrams. Must work with minimal supervision and maximum initiative to assure that the job gets done in a timely and effective manner. Must be fully mobile:
able to reach, bend and twist, grasp, pull, push, squat, bend at the knees and waist, crawl, lift. Must be able to work up to 12 hours/day, 7 days/week as required.
