Overview The Repair Companies Shop is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Paint Technician to join our team. This position involves preparing, painting, and finishing vehicle exteriors both at The Shop and at customer locations. Experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person! We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Duties Inspect vehicle exteriors and identify areas needing paint repair Prepare surfaces by sanding, masking, and cleaning Blend, apply, and touch-up paint as needed Buff and polish repaired areas for a quality finish Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow Shop procedures and safety guidelines Provide friendly, professional customer service when working with customers Learn and develop new skills through hands-on training Starting pay is $16-$18/hour, depending on experience. Candidates with relevant previous experience may qualify for a higher starting rate, and commission-based pay opportunities may also be available.
