SCHEDULE:
Mon - Thurs 6:00 am - 4:30 pm Overtime may be required beyond the posted work schedule and may vary on a weekly basis. We are continuing to grow and are currently hiring for multiple full-time positions offering consistent 40-45 hour workweeks, no Saturday schedules, and a comprehensive benefits package. Employees receive free access to our onsite healthcare clinic beginning on day one for themselves, their spouses, and children. Additional benefits include two company-wide shutdown weeks each year, paid vacation time, and the opportunity to build a long-term career with a stable and growing company. Overview of Responsibilities Must have sewing skills to sew various types of sewing styles including Topstitch, French Seam, Zig-zag, Cable Stitch, Surge, repairs of inside & outside upholstery parts & pieces according to production specifications Work with complex fabric Comprehend tickets and specifications to ensure accuracy and efficiency All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of furniture sewing experience High school diploma or GED preferred LEAN Manufacturing experience a plus Basic computer knowledge Ability to deliver uncompromising quality and detailed craftsmanship Must be flexible to work overtime when required Able to work independently Must be able to lift, handle, and carry 25+ lbs.
