Job Description
JOB TITLE
Combo Sewer Furniture ManufacturingDEPARTMENT

Non-ExemptLOCATION
Plant 5- Conover
SCHEDULE
Monday- Thursday 6 am
- 4:30 pm, Friday 6 am
- 11:00 am Climate controlled.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Able to work in a fast-paced production environment. Operating an industrial sewing machine to sew parts, for both cushion and flatwork to meet production schedule. Working with complex fabric needs to be very detailed and quality minded. Able to comprehend and read tickets/specs, etc., to ensure accuracy. Responsible for being efficient and meeting quality standards. All other duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES COMBO
Sew experience 5 years minimum. Lean Manufacturing knowledge a plus.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work full time. Effective communication skills Good organizational skills and detailed oriented Basic Computer Skills. Must be able to lift/handle/carry 25 lbs. + Long periods of sitting. Able to work independently.
