Core Responsibilities Support the lead technician during various service appointments Manage the loading, unloading, and configuration of cleaning machinery Operate truck-mounted hoses and specialized cleaning tools Contribute to the thorough cleaning of carpets, rugs, upholstery, and air ducts to ensure high-quality results Handle the pickup and drop-off of rugs and furniture items Relocate furniture and gear as the job requires Deliver exceptional, friendly service to enhance the overall customer experience Training Provided You will receive comprehensive, hands-on instruction along with all the necessary equipment to master your craft and excel in this role; prior experience is not a requirement. Candidate Requirements Demonstrate consistent reliability and punctuality Maintain a strong work ethic and an eagerness to acquire new skills Show comfort with physically demanding, hands-on tasks Possess the physical ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs Hold a valid driver's license, which is preferred for this position Successfully complete a background check and a mouth swab drug screening Work Schedule This permanent role operates on a schedule of 8 to 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday. For flexible or temporary staff, the workday generally commences at 8:00 AM, with the finish time determined by the daily workload. Compensation and Perks We offer an initial pay rate of $20 per hour.
