You don't have to come from the boating industry—we can teach you our processes and help you develop your skills. You'll need: Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to stand and work with your hands and arms for extended periods Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to bend, kneel, reach, grip, push, pull, and perform other physical movements throughout the day High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual Spanish/English and marine or boating industry experience are a plus!
