Job Description

Heidelberg Materials is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead electrical reliability in a manufacturing plant within the Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management team. You will supervise technicians, plan and execute preventive and corrective electrical maintenance, and ensure strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards. This role troubleshoots PLCs, drives, and power distribution systems, supports capital projects, and drives continuous improvement. You'll work in a safety-focused, collaborative, performance-driven culture with strong opportunities for technical and leadership growth. Responsibilities Lead and supervise electrical maintenance technicians in a heavy manufacturing environment Plan, prioritize, and execute electrical maintenance, repairs, and shutdowns to maximize equipment reliability Ensure strict compliance with all safety, electrical code, and LOTO requirements Troubleshoot and resolve PLC, motor control, and power distribution issues to minimize downtime Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs for critical assets Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Asset Management on capital projects and improvements Manage maintenance documentation, work orders, and spare parts within
CMMS/EAM
systems Train and mentor team members to build technical and leadership capabilities Monitor equipment performance, analyze failures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Support sustainability, reliability, and cost-optimization goals across the plant Required Skills Industrial electrical maintenance PLC troubleshooting and programming Motor control and VFDs Electrical schematics and wiring Preventive and predictive maintenance
