Palisades Veterinary Hospital is located in Fountain Hill, AZ, and is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic Veterinary Assistant to join our team! The position is part time, Monday through Saturday for 25-35+ hours a week. As a multi-doctor, small animal practice that specializes in providing high quality, compassionate and convenient care for our patients, we recognize the importance of the relationships between humans and animals. Our pet families truly are extensions of our own families. Our facility is designed with advanced diagnostic and treatment technology to better serve our patients while giving pet parents peace of mind. Skills/ Requirements The ideal candidates MUST have the following: Great work-ethic, possess strong customer service skills and be team focused. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience preferred. Willingness to roll up your sleeves when called upon. Proficient in IV catheter placement, blood draws, injections or willing to learn. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment

•preferably Idexx. Experience/knowledge with Cornerstone practice management software is a plus. Salary is dependent on experience.
