Kennel Assistant Duties:
  • Provide daily care for dogs in the kennel, including feeding, watering, and exercising
  • Clean kennels and maintain a clean and sanitary environment
  • Administer medications as directed by veterinarians or pet owners
  • Monitor the health and behavior of dogs and report any concerns to the supervisor
  • Assist with grooming tasks such as bathing, brushing, and nail trimming
  • Interact with pet owners and provide excellent customer service
Skills:
  • Passion for working with animals
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Good communication skills to interact with pet owners and team members
  • Physical stamina to handle dogs of various sizes and breeds
