Job Description
The veterinary assistant will work directly with our medical team and volunteers. The pay range for this position is $20/hr - $25/hr. The veterinary assistant will be responsible for but not limited to: performing and assisting with intake exams and blood draws administration of vaccinations, medications, and microchips handling and interacting with cats with a wide range of personalities accurate record keeping in Shelter Manager creation and maintenance animal adoption folders effective and professional communication with the board of directors, other staff and volunteers, and the public
