This is primarily a front desk position with occasional assistance to the veterinarian during appointments and treatments. If you're looking for a full-time technician role, this position is probably not the right fit. We are looking for someone who enjoys client interaction, multitasking, and helping keep the clinic running smoothly while also stepping in to assist the medical team when needed. Responsibilities Answer phones and schedule appointments Greet clients and check patients in and out Process payments and maintain accurate records Respond to client messages and emails Keep the reception area organized Assist the veterinarian with patient restraint, treatments, blood draws, laboratory samples, radiographs, and other tasks as needed Help maintain a clean, organized clinic Requirements Previous veterinary clinic experience required Excellent customer service and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to multitask and stay organized Team player with a positive attitude Basic computer skills Veterinary assistant or technician experience is a plus Compensation Full-time $20-$26 per hour, based on experience Opportunities for growth as our practice expands If you're compassionate, dependable, and enjoy both client service and hands-on patient care, we'd love to hear from you.
