Job Description
We are a small private clinic with one full time veterinarians, we see, in general, a high volume of clients. We are looking for an individual that will join our team to serve the utmost care to our clients. Please email your resume to apply, or stop in the office during regular business hours to fill out an application. Veterinary Receptionist's are vital to the veterinary care team. As a first impression to our clients or any visitors, you must maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Check in and out clients Schedule appointments for clinic and surgery Answer phone calls Collecting and maintaining patient records Assist Veterinarian and other support staff Client communication Cleaning of clinic and surroundings You must be able to maintain a fast pace.
