WEEKLY PAY AND BENEFITS
We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Assistant Receptionist to join our team in CUMMING. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and excellent customer service skills. This position plays a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our clients and their pets. Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor Schedule appointments and manage the veterinary clinic's calendar Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records Process payments and handle billing inquiries Coordinate communication between clients, veterinarians, and other staff members Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Requirements Strong communication skills and the ability to interact compassionately with pet owners Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Pay:
$16.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
