Job Description

About us Palmer Animal Hospital is a small animal practice in Myersviille, MD. Our goal is to provide quality care to our patients. We have an opening for a part-time veterinary assistant.

Duties include:

caring for animals in our kennel; assisting veterinarians in appointments, performing laboratory work and other typical related duties. Experience handing animals and/or working in a veterinary hospital are preferred. Dependability and reliability are a must. Schedule will be 20-30 hours per week including 1-2 evenings. Salary will be dependent upon experience. This is a great opportunity for a local student.
