Experienced Veterinary Assistant Wanted (aka Pet Care MVP) Love animals and people? Obsessed with making a real difference? We're looking for a friendly, upbeat, and organized veterinary assistant to join our squad and help us deliver top-tier care while keeping pet parents in the loop.

What You'll Be Doing:

You're basically the backbone of the clinic—no pressure but also… kinda true.

Your day-to-day will include:

Helping pets feel safe and comfortable during visits (yes, even the spicy ones ) Supporting veterinarians and techs during exams, treatments, and procedures Administering medications, prepping vaccines, and assisting with diagnostics like bloodwork, X-rays, and lab samples Monitoring patients before, during, and after procedures to make sure they're doing great Keeping everything clean, organized, and running smoothly (because chaos is not the vibe) Communicating clearly with pet parents—explaining care instructions, answering questions, and making sure they feel confident taking their pets home Educating clients on things like nutrition, preventative care, meds, and post-visit care Safely restraining animals when needed (with skill and compassion!) Helping with intake, discharge, and overall clinic flow so everything stays efficient

Who You Are:

You genuinely love animals and enjoy working with people Strong communicator—you can explain things in a way that actually makes sense Team player with a positive attitude (good vibes only ✨) Detail-oriented and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment Previous veterinary experience is a big plus You're reliable, organized, and ready to jump in wherever needed
