Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Small Animal Veterinary Technician/assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to excellent patient care and client communication. Responsibilities

• Assisting veterinarians with exams, diagnostics, and surgical procedures
• Safely restraining and handling patients
• Collecting and preparing laboratory samples
• Administering medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed
• Placing IV catheters and monitoring anesthesia
• Taking and recording patient histories and vital signs
• Providing client education and discharge instructions
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and treatment areas
• Accurate medical recordkeeping Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited Veterinary Technician program preferred
• Licensed/credentialed Veterinary Technician (or eligible) preferred
• Prior experience in a small animal clinic strongly encouraged
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in stressful situations
• Willingness to learn and grow with the practice
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or greater Schedule
• 4-day work week
• Rotating Saturdays and on call schedule 1 out of 5 weekends Compensation & Benefits
