Urgent Situations:
You'll be an essential part of the medical team, directly assisting veterinarians and technicians with hands-on patient care in a fast-paced environment. Ensure a Seamless Workflow During a
Crisis:
Your ability to anticipate needs and maintain composure will be key to keeping the clinic running efficiently, even during a medical emergency. Provide a Calming Presence for
Clients:
You'll be a reassuring point of contact for worried pet owners, assisting with check-ins, payments, and communications with empathy and professionalism.
Maintain High Standards Under Pressure:
You'll uphold our commitment to excellence by ensuring accurate record-keeping and maintaining a clean, safe hospital environment at all times. What You'll Bring to the Team At least 1 year of veterinary experience, with ER or high-volume experience preferred. The ability to stay calm, composed, and efficient during a medical crisis. Confidence and skill in handling pets, with proficiency in basic laboratory, pharmacy, and nursing skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. A flexible schedule, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
