Full Job Description Vet Technician Pay:

About the Position As a Vet Technician Float , you'll provide support across our six hospitals, helping deliver excellent patient care while building relationships with a variety of veterinary teams. This position combines technical veterinary skills with client-focused service, making each day varied, engaging, and rewarding. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is: Compassionate and patient-focused Dependable and trustworthy Eager to learn and develop new skills Comfortable working in a team environment Professional and communicative Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting Veterinary Technical Skills Qualified candidates should possess experience or knowledge in many of the following areas: Placing IV and urinary catheters Administering medications (IV, IM, SQ, and oral) Blood collection and in-house laboratory testing General radiology procedures Dental radiology and dental prophylaxis support Anesthesia preparation, monitoring, and recovery Surgical and dental procedure assistance Patient monitoring and nursing care Supporting veterinarians during examinations and treatments Client Care Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to pet owners Answer phones professionally and assist clients with questions Schedule appointments and coordinate patient visits Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Communicate clearly with clients and veterinary team members Help create a welcoming experience for every client and patient Support daily hospital operations as needed Why Join Legacy Veterinary Group?
