Veterinary Assistant/Technician

The ideal candidate will be passionate about animal care and welfare, possess excellent technical skills, and have a strong desire to work collaboratively within a dynamic veterinary team.

Responsibilities:

Assist veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and medical procedures. Prepare instruments for surgery, ensuring all surgical instruments are sterilized and ready. Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as prescribed by the veterinarian. Collect and prepare blood, urine, and tissue samples for laboratory analysis. Perform diagnostic tests, including radiographs (X-rays), and laboratory tests. Provide nursing care and monitor the recovery of patients post-surgery. Educate and advise pet owners on general pet care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Clean and maintain clinic facilities, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment.

Education:
