Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch veterinary and client support service and assistance along with the entire Heal team.
- Connect with pet parents, offer support, and help with education and follow-up ensuring pets are healthy and happy.
- Collaborate with our amazing team to brainstorm creative solutions and provide exceptional care.
- Manage supplies and equipment with organizational skills.
Requirements:
- Genuine passion for animals and skill in animal handling and behavior/temperament assessment.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Outstanding communication skills for building relationships with our pet-loving community.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail for accurate record keeping and medication administration.
- Physical stamina to lift and restrain animals of various sizes.
- Compassion and empathy for animals and pet parents in distress, comfort with end of life situations.
- 6-12 months experience as a veterinary assistant or technician
Additional Information:
- No previous house call experience necessary.

- Experience in dog training or pet grooming is beneficial.
