Minimum Hiring Requirements Valid Class A CDL Minimum 24 months of CDL-A driving experience within the last 36 months Must have driven at least 2 months within the last 6 months 23 years of age or older OTR and regional lanes only - no local work Driving and Work History Requirements No more than 1 serious violation within the last 3 years No more than 5 driving jobs within the last 2 years No more than 3 terminations within the last 5 years Drivers must be safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable with the requirements of dedicated OTR and regional freight.
