Kennel assistant needed for a busy veterinary office on the south shore of Long Island. Kennel assistants help the veterinarians and technicians in the exam room, handle patients for various procedures as well as provide a clean, organized, and safe environment for animals being treated or housed in the hospital. Being able to clean, get your hands dirty, and maintain self-motivation are important keys to succeeding in this role. Experience working in an animal hospital or with animals preferred.
