Job Description

The Orthodontist & Co., a luxury orthodontic practice in the heart of Long Island City, is looking for a motivated, professional, and team-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Orthodontic / Clinic Assistant I . This is more than just a job —it's an opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive in a high-end, patient-centered environment , while gaining valuable U.S. clinical experience alongside a supportive and passionate team. As a Clinic Assistant, you will: Build meaningful relationships with patients while delivering an exceptional experience Capture intraoral and extraoral photos & perform 3D scans (iTero & iCAT) Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment Support sterilization, lab organization, and clinical workflow Collaborate with a supportive, professional team dedicated to transforming smiles Quickly grow into a Clinic Assistant II, where you will begin seeing patients directly as an orthodontic assistant
What We're Looking For:
Internationally trained dentists are strongly encouraged to apply Sharp, energetic, and proactive personality with a love for learning Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong emotional and intellectual intelligence Thrives in a team-based, luxury practice environment No U.S. dental assisting experience required — we will train the right candidate
Compensation & Benefits:
