About Us The Friends of the Animals Community Spay & Neuter Clinic is a mission-driven spay and neuter clinic serving Southern Oregon. We are a hands-on, team-based clinic focused on efficient, high-quality care that makes a direct impact in our community. Key Responsibilities Patient intake and animal handling Surgical prep, recovery, and anesthesia monitoring Cleaning, laundry, and maintaining clinic spaces Assisting with medical records Supporting veterinarians, staff, and volunteers Requirements Veterinary or shelter experience required Experience with anesthesia monitoring Confident handling fearful or reactive animals Physically able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods Detail-oriented and able to follow direction Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Reliable and punctual Work Environment Fast-paced at times, with a focus on efficiency and quality Team-based, working alongside staff and volunteers Hands-on role that includes both medical and cleaning duties Drama-free, professional workplace. Dependability and a positive attitude are essential.

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
