The Role We're seeking a highly professional, detail-oriented Veterinary Assistant & Client Experience Specialist . This is not your typical "receptionist" role. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, a trusted communicator for their pets' care, and a vital part of our patient care team. If you excel at combining compassion, expertise, and efficiency, this role is for you.
