Job Description
Performance Equine Vets is seeking motivated, dependable, and hardworking Care Team Members to join our growing team. This position plays an essential role in supporting both our Equine Hospital and Reproductive Department , providing exceptional daily care to our patients. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Feeding horses and monitoring feed and water intake Grooming, bathing, and maintaining patient cleanliness Turning horses in and out safely Handling horses of various temperaments in a safe and professional manner Assisting with reproductive patient intakes and discharges Monitoring hospitalized patients and reporting changes to the hospital team Performing TPRs (temperature, pulse, respiration) and assisting with ICU patient care Administering approved medications and treatments under veterinary direction Maintaining a clean, organized hospital and barn environment Restocking supplies and assisting with daily barn operations.
