Job Description

```Duties```
  • Provide daily care for animals in the kennel, including feeding, watering, and exercising
  • Clean kennels and maintain a clean and sanitary environment for the animals
  • Administer medications as directed by veterinary staff
  • Assist with grooming tasks such as bathing and brushing
  • Monitor the health and behavior of animals and report any concerns to the veterinary staff
  • Assist with basic veterinary procedures under the supervision of veterinary staff
  • Provide customer service to pet owners, including answering questions and providing updates on their pets ```Experience```
  • Previous experience working with animals, such as pet grooming, veterinary assistant, or veterinary technician, is preferred
  • Knowledge of dog training techniques is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills to interact with pet owners in a professional and friendly manner
  • Ability to handle animals safely and confidently, including dogs of various sizes and temperaments
  • Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and strenuous activities related to animal care
  • Experience with pet sitting or working in a kennel environment is beneficial
