The Peninsula Animal Referral Center is seeking a compassionate, team-oriented full time Veterinary Assistant to join our emergency department. Must have 1-3 years experience in the Veterinary field to be considered for an interview. Must be willing to work in fast paced environment and take construct criticism. REQUIRED.

Knowledge of veterinary critical care practices is highly desirable. Familiarity with laboratory procedures and equipment used in veterinary medicine. Strong understanding of animal anatomy and physiology to effectively assist in medical assessments. Excellent communication skills to interact with pet owners and team members effectively.
