We want YOU to join our team at Gig Harbor's first (and only) feline-exclusive veterinary hospital.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and aiding clients with a friendly, competent demeanor
- Clear communication via phone and email with clients
- Managing appointments and cultivating a smooth flow of operations
- Creating a comfortable and low-stress environment for our feline patients
- Reviewing, uploading, and transmitting patient medical records
- Checking clients in and out of the hospital, collecting payment, and forward booking appointments
- Basic cleaning and stocking supplies in hospital
- Low-stress handling of patients during examinations and procedures
Requirements:
- Passion for cats and cat people
- 2 years of prior veterinary experience, and current Veterinary Medication Clerk License.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, personable, and dedicated to providing top quality service to patients and clients
- Ability to prioritize and switch tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with EzyVet software a bonus Compensation/Benefits include:
