$20-$28/hr , based on experience & credentialing (CVT preferred)

Shift Type:
Per Diem At EVE Pet Hospital , we're a privately-owned, women-led emergency veterinary hospital in Mesa, AZ. We focus on high-stakes, high-impact patient care when pets and their families need it most. We are currently hiring for a Relief Veterinary Technician to join our emergency care team. If you're skilled, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced, emotionally charged situations, you belong at EVE. What You'll Do (but not limited to): Assisting with patient restraint and handling Monitor and care for hospitalized and critical patients Preparing and maintaining treatment and exam areas Cleaning, disinfecting, and stocking hospital supplies Assisting with and completing treatments and procedures Collecting laboratory samples and running diagnostics Communicating with clients regarding patient care and updates Maintaining accurate medical records and treatment sheets Assisting with surgical and emergency case preparation and monitoring Contributing to a supportive team environment while prioritizing patient care and safety
We're Looking For:
At least 2 years of veterinary experience required (ER/Specialty preferred) CVT preferred but not required; strong skill sets recognized and compensated accordingly Availability for weekends, overnights, holidays Calm, quick-thinking, and confident in emergency situations Technically skilled, emotionally grounded, and team-focused Why Choose EVE?
