Job Type Full time VCA Valley Animal Hospital of Sahuarita is looking for a full-time Veterinary Technician to join our growing practice in Sahuarita, Arizona. Salary:

$19.50-$23/hour depending on experience and skills.

Schedule:

Hospital hours are Monday - Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, and Saturday, 9 am to 4 pm. Rotating schedule We are a full-service, AAHA-accredited hospital where patient and client care is our top priority. Our staff is cross-trained in every aspect of the hospital, from answering phones and greeting clients to induction and monitoring anesthesia. Our technicians are highly leveraged. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Venipuncture Catheter placement Radiology Anesthesia monitoring Physical examinations and patient assessment Surgical preparation and assisting Dentistry Laboratory work Pharmacy Patient recovery Compassionate care for hospitalized patients

QUALIFICATIONS
