Description Veterinary Technician Anderson Veterinary Clinic Anderson, CA Full-time Compensation is negotiable based on credentials and experience with a n hourly pay rate starting at $24-28/ hour . The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location Schedule Full-time (40 hours/week), 5 days/week, with some Saturdays. About You Y ou'll play an important role in pets' lives by providing end

Your life-changing work will range from the hands-on care of facilitating outpatient treatments and performing laboratory tests, to support services including admitting and discharging patients. The success of your patients' care matters to you, and your success matters to us. Your Experience & Skills Personable and collaborative, with a strong team-first mindset and high emotional intelligence Compassionate communicator who demonstrates empathy with clients and teammates 1+ year of experience working in a veterinary hospital setting Current California Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) license required Working knowledge of veterinary terminology and common clinical procedures Ability to safely handle, lift, and restrain a variety of animal species Proficiency in venipuncture, radiology, IV catheter placement, drug calculations, and medication/fluid administration Strong organizational skills and comfort working with computers and practice software
