Position Summary Pearl Street Pet Hospital & Urgent Care is a modern, independently minded veterinary hospital in La Jolla with a simple philosophy: spa-level experience, ER-level skills. We're growing, refining, and raising the bar—and we're looking for an RVT who is comfortable taking the lead, and motivated by doing things the right way, not the easy way. Knowledge in dentistry a plus. This is not an entry-level role. This is a position for someone who already knows they're good—and wants a hospital that respects that.

• Anesthesia and patient safety
• Confident anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery.
• Ability to perform dental prophylaxis and extractions a PLUS
• Supporting best-practice pain management and safety protocols
• Supporting workflow efficiency and patient care standards
• Communicating clearly with veterinarians and the nursing team
• Provide client education on general pet care, nutrition, and post-op instructions
• Knowledge and skill in urgent care cases. Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an RVT in a clinical setting required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
