Job Description
Our mission at Alpine Animal Hospital is to honor the bond between our clients and their animals. We strive to create a happy, healthy and productive life for our clients' pets and to enhance their relationship with them. As our veterinary technician, you are our patients' advocate. As such, we require independent and compassionate people able to stay calm in potentially stressful or emergency situations. Job duties include client communication and education, patient monitoring throughout the hospital, technical skills such as venipuncture, administering treatments and supportive care. We know a happy, healthy staff is crucial to excellent patient care. We promote a positive clinic culture and a schedule that facilitates a proper work-life balance. Our team enjoys four-day work weeks with the occasional half-shift on Saturdays.
