As such, we require independent and compassionate people able to stay calm in potentially stressful or emergency situations. Job duties include client communication and education, patient monitoring throughout the hospital, technical skills such as venipuncture, administering treatments and supportive care. Essential Skills:

Effective communication; both with team members and clients. Ability to stay calm and work compassionately with clients in various emotional states. Assist the doctors in educating clients on the best care available for their furry/hairy/scaly children.
