Job Description

Client Success Coordinator (CSC)
Location:

About the Role Are you passionate about animals, client education, and building strong relationships? As a Client Success Coordinator (CSC) , you'll be the bridge between our clients and veterinary team—helping ensure pets receive the highest level of care. You'll play a key role in supporting doctors, educating pet owners, and guiding our Client Service Representative team, all while fostering a culture of compassion and preventative care. What You'll Do Educate clients on preventative care and wellness services Act as a liaison between clients and doctors for treatment recommendations Communicate lab and diagnostic results Support and mentor the Client Service Representative team Assist with surgical scheduling, paperwork, and client communication Follow up on prescriptions, reminders, and urgent care referrals Ensure medical compliance by supporting doctors and technicians What We're Looking For 2-3 years of Veterinary Technician experience preferred Strong client communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced clinic Passionate about animal welfare and preventative medicine
Education:
High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; comfortable working with animals of all sizes
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
