Pay is based on experience and certifications. We are also taking applications for part-time work (options can be discussed during an interview). We are looking for a hard-working, energetic individual to be a part of our family. Candidates must be detail-oriented, professional, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. In this position, you will work with our doctors, veterinary nurses, and assistants while learning the daily routines of the hospital and the medicine involved in animal care. Our recently renovated and expanded hospital has state of the art diagnostics and equipment including: surgical laser, endoscopy, ultrasonography and echocardiography, digital radiography, dental radiography, in-house labs, canine rehabilitation and laser therapy, and much more! Assist veterinarians with exams and surgeries, including anesthesia administration, IV placement, and patient positioning. Manage patient handling, restraint, and comfort; monitor equipment and maintain a sterile environment. Collect and process laboratory samples, perform basic in-clinic tests, and document results in medical records. Maintain kennels, sanitation, and inventory of supplies; support dental and routine veterinary care as needed.

Pay:

$30.00 - $34.00 per hour
