Experienced Veterinary Surgery LVT - Shelter Bay Animal Hospital

Overview We're building something at Shelter Bay where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. If you're a 3+ year surgery tech ready to hit the ground running in a richly rewarding (I know everyone says that, but hear me out) independently owned, compassionate, shiny(!), general practice environment, read on. Find the details below, but our biggest strength is our team. You gotta meet us to feel it. The Job 7:45-5pm-ish, we all have Wednesdays off, and work every other Saturday, half day. Surgery

• handle the ins and outs. Intake and prep, comprehensive anesthetic monitoring, attentive recovery, etc. You know what to do. Mix it up
• some days are surgery days, other times you'll help with appointments. Appointments
• you talk with the client, you consult with the doctor, you bond with the patient. Fine print
• you know your way around the technical skills
• venipuncture, labs, imaging, patient handling, monitoring, cystos, and more. MR
• we use AI to help with exam notes. Our record keeping is on point. Meet clients where they're at
