Job Description

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and experienced veterinary technician/nurse to join our advanced general practice animal hospital for cats and dogs. Someone who treats every patient like their own. We are a growing privately owned hospital. LVT preferred but not required, pay range negotiable beyond this range for experienced LVT candidates. Benefits package value adds an average of $3.50 to hourly wage. The Job Take histories, assist with exams, animal handling and restraint Draw blood, administer medications, vaccines, and treatments Maintain accurate medical records Conduct laboratory tests and assist with diagnostic imaging such as X-rays Monitor and care for hospitalized patients Educate pet owners with compassion and understanding Ensure cleanliness and organization, including proper aseptic techniques Make callbacks to clients and answer the phones if needed Utilize cutting edge technology to interact with a hybrid team of doctors and nurses About Us Family Business!
