All West Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) to join our team and support both outpatient care and procedural services, including surgery and dentistry. We are seeking a versatile, client-focused technician who is passionate about surgery and enjoys being actively involved in both surgical and general practice care. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing hands-on surgical support, exam room responsibilities, patient care, and meaningful client communication. You'll have the opportunity to work hands-on with a diverse range of patients, including dogs, cats, pocket pets, birds, reptiles, and other exotic species, while helping educate and guide clients throughout their pet's care. Responsibilities include:

Supporting efficient exam room, outpatient, surgical, and dental workflows Performing anesthesia induction, monitoring, assisting, and recovery Performing dental procedures, including prophylaxis and radiography Maintaining accurate, detailed medical records and treatment documentation Reviewing treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions with clients clearly and compassionately Identifying patient concerns and supporting efficient case management across the hospital Building strong client relationships through education, communication, and attentive service This role is ideal for technicians who enjoy variety in their day, are confident moving between exam room and procedure support, and want to fully utilize their clinical knowledge, technical skillset, and client communication abilities in a collaborative general practice environment.

$23 - $26 per hour, for each hour worked This is a full-time or part-time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday. No weekends, nights, or holidays! Full-time Benefits Package
