Job Description
Responsibilities Assist veterinarians in examinations and procedures, ensuring the comfort and safety of animals. Handle and restrain animals for treatments and diagnostics, utilizing proper techniques. Administer medications and vaccinations as directed by the veterinarian. Maintain accurate medical records and update patient information. Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment. Educate pet owners on proper care and health maintenance for their animals. Qualifications Minimum of 2 year of veterinary technician or veterinary assistant experience Proficient in animal handling and restraint techniques Strong knowledge of veterinary terminology and animal physiology Experience with animal catheterization and pet care Ability to assist in veterinary critical care and laboratory procedures
