We foster a close-knit, supportive environment where your technician skills are fully valued and utilized. As a vital member of our medical team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Performing pre-surgical assessments, inducing and monitoring anesthesia, assisting in surgical procedures, and managing post-op recovery.
Diagnostics:
Operating digital radiology equipment, performing venipuncture, placing IV catheters, and conducting in-house lab work.
Dentistry:
Performing dental scaling, polishing, and charting under veterinarian supervision.
Client Education:
Providing clear communication regarding treatment plans, medication schedules, preventative care, and discharge instructions to our dedicated pet parents. What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of veterinary technician experience preferred, but passionate new grads of veterinary technician programs are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
Proficiency in anesthesia monitoring, surgical assistance, venipuncture, and low-stress handling techniques.
