We're opening a brand-new veterinary hospital and are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and highly motivated Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our founding team. This is an exciting opportunity to be more than just an employee. As one of our first team members, you'll have the opportunity to help shape our hospital culture, patient care standards, client experience, and the way our team works together. We're looking for someone who is confident in their skills, enjoys learning, loves working with both animals and people, and wants to grow with a new and evolving practice. The Ideal Candidate Is a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) in good standing Has previous experience working in a veterinary hospital or clinical setting Is confident providing high-quality patient care and supporting veterinarians Has a strong understanding of anesthesia, monitoring, laboratory diagnostics, radiology, pharmacy, and nursing care Truly loves working with animals and treats every patient with compassion and respect Enjoys educating and connecting with pet owners Is comfortable communicating with clients about patient care and treatment plans Is confident, dependable, organized, and able to prioritize in a busy environment Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in doing things correctly Is a team player who is willing to jump in and help wherever needed Brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a little fun to the workplace Is curious and eager to continue learning and expanding their skills Wants the opportunity to take on responsibility and grow with the business Why Join Us?
