About this Role Looking for an opportunity to grow your career in a highly specialized area of research? Join Altasciences' Developmental & Reproductive Toxicology (DART) team and contribute to studies that help advance life-changing therapies for patients around the world. Based in beautiful Everett, Washington , this role offers the chance to work alongside leading scientists, veterinarians, and toxicologists in a fast-paced CRO environment. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates interested in making the move to the Pacific Northwest. What You'll Do Here Support fertility, embryo-fetal development (EFD), and pre/postnatal development studies in rats and rabbits. Perform animal observations, dosing, biological sample collection, and study procedures. Assist with anesthesia, sedation, catheter placement, and reproductive assessments. Conduct fetal collections, tissue collection, necropsy activities, and developmental evaluations. Maintain accurate study documentation in compliance with GLP regulations, protocols, and SOPs. Collaborate with Study Directors, Veterinary Services, and Operations teams. Support multiple studies while maintaining the highest standards of animal welfare and data integrity. What We're Looking For A HS diploma and/or GED is required; BS/BA in a scientific discipline preferred. 1 - 3 yrs experience working with laboratory animals in a research environment. Experience with gestational animal models and/or reproductive toxicology procedures required. Proficiency handling rats and/or rabbits and performing research procedures required. Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to follow protocols. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Why Join Altasciences?
