Job Description

Come work for the Best in the Back Mountain! Dr. Stair and his staff have won multiple accolades over the years to become known as one of the best vet offices in the area, and we'd like you to join our team! We are actively seeking a full time Veterinary Technician for day, evening, and weekend hours. We are a busy one veterinarian small animal practice that sees dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, and pocket pets. You will be expected to assist the doctor in surgery and appointments, applying skills such as phlebotomy, IV catheterization, intubation, anesthesia, dental cleanings, and drug administration. We have a boarding facility and offer hospitalization, so you will also be responsible for patient care including some kennel duties, lab work, and medical record keeping. You will work directly with clients answering questions and performing routine office duties. Some weekend and holiday hours are required. We are a caring and compassionate team looking for an individual to match our commitment to care. The ideal candidate is hard-working, patient and good humored.
