We're a small but mighty, tech-focused, two-doctor hospital that believes in letting our technician team do what they were trained to do. Here, you won't just be running routine exam rooms and only restraining pets, you'll be performing minor procedures, assisting in surgery, conducting ultrasound scans, and playing an essential role in patient care from start to finish. Our doctors love to teach, mentor, and empower our technicians, fostering an environment where your skills will grow, your knowledge will expand, and your voice will be heard. Why You'll Love Working Here:
Current Schedule - Monday - Friday, with rotating Saturdays. Typically four 10's but may be flexible. Highly skilled LVT team environment where you're encouraged to fully use your skills. Opportunities to perform procedures, run diagnostic imaging (including ultrasounds), and expand your technical skill set. Supportive doctor who thrives on collaboration and teaching. A small, close-knit team that values humor, kindness, and a shared commitment to excellent patient care.
Pay Range:
$16-$22/hour + eligibility for performance-based bonus
