We are a new, fun, and fast-paced clinic that provides high-quality veterinary care to small animals. Our hospital leadership encourages growth and fosters a supportive, collaborative environment for our team members.
Responsibilities:
Assist veterinarians in providing medical care to animals Perform various laboratory tests and procedures Administer medications and treatments as directed by veterinarians Take and develop X-rays of animals Prepare animals for surgery and assist during surgical procedures Provide post-operative care and monitor recovery of animals Educate pet owners on proper animal care and treatmentRequirements:
Previous experience working as a veterinary assistant or technician preferred Knowledge of animal anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology Proficient in performing laboratory tests, blood work, and procedures Familiarity with veterinary medical equipment and instruments Ability to handle and restrain animals safely and effectively Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written At our veterinary clinic, we are committed to providing high-quality care for pets.
