HVAC Dispatcher / Customer Service Specialist

Electric Air is a fast-growing HVAC company specializing in modern heat pump systems and high-quality residential installations. We are looking for a highly organized HVAC Dispatcher / Customer Service Specialist to coordinate field operations and provide exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for dispatching technicians, managing schedules in ServiceTitan, and serving as the primary point of contact for customers. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where organization, communication, and attention to detail make a real difference in daily operations. You will work closely with our field team to ensure technicians stay productive and customers receive a smooth, professional service experience. What You'll DoDispatch & Operations Coordination Dispatch technicians and installers to scheduled jobs using ServiceTitan Coordinate technician schedules to maximize productivity and minimize travel time Prioritize service calls based on urgency and operational needs Communicate with technicians throughout the day regarding job status and schedule adjustments Debrief technicians after jobs and update service notes in the system Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed Customer Support Answer inbound calls from customers and schedule service appointments Provide clear scheduling windows and set expectations for service visits Contact customers proactively if scheduling changes or delays occur Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally and efficiently Scheduling & Administrative Support Maintain accurate customer and job information in ServiceTitan Coordinate preventative maintenance appointments and follow-up scheduling Support operations with scheduling, documentation, and administrative tasks Communicate effectively with field staff, management, and customers What We're Looking For Strong organization and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service ability Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with scheduling software and dispatch systems ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred HVAC industry experience preferred but not required Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Schedule Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Night or weekend dispatch may be occasionally required. Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
