HVAC Installation Supervisor

W e are seeking an HVAC Installation Supervisor to oversee the Installation Department operations. We are looking for someone with knowledge of duct design, electrical knowledge and good refrigeration practices. Applicant must hold a Universal CFC certification and have a favorable driving record. We would prefer a candidate with a HVAC Tradesman card, but not required. We are a well established company with room for advancement. Pay commensurate with experience and qualifications. The optimum candidate would be a strong lead installer that is looking to move up in their career. This person must have the knowledge to install any piece of residential and light commercial equipment, and be able to train and guide our installers. Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations.
• Coordinate with team members to schedule and assign tasks effectively.
• Utilize premium skills such as construction knowledge and HVAC design to optimize project outcomes and keeps jobs on schedule.
• Oversee the daily operations of the install department.
• Provide guidance and support to technicians, leveraging expertise in refrigeration and HVAC systems.
• Uphold safety standards and protocols throughout the installation process.
• Order equipment and materials and schedule jobs.
