HVAC Maintenance Technician and HVAC Install Apprentice

We are looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our team in two entry level roles: HVAC Maintenance Technician These positions are ideal for candidates with basic HVAC training, trade school experience, or limited field experience who want to build a long term career in the HVAC industry. Job Summaries The HVAC Maintenance Technician assists with preventative maintenance and basic service tasks on residential and light commercial equipment while learning diagnostics and troubleshooting skills. The HVAC Install Apprentice assists lead installers with HVAC system installations while learning proper techniques, safety practices, and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities Assist with routine maintenance on furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioners Change filters, clean coils, and check system operation Assist with installing furnaces, condensers, air handlers, coils, duct fittings, and accessories Help with running refrigerant lines, drain lines, and wiring under supervision Maintain clean and safe job sites Accurately document work performed Interact professionally with customers Requirements Some HVAC education, training, or basic field experience preferred Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic hand tools Physical ability to lift equipment and work in tight spaces Positive attitude and team mindset Valid drivers license and clean driving record Comfortable using phones, tablets, and texting apps What We Offer Competitive entry level pay based on experience Paid on the job training and mentorship Clear path for advancement to Service Technician or Installer Company vehicle once qualified Paid sick time and PTO Paid holidays Supportive, team focused work environment How to Apply If you are motivated, dependable, and ready to start a career in HVAC, we want to hear from you.
